Major structure
Our space capsule house mainly adopts a Thickened Seismic-resistant Double-layer steel structure system, and the cabin surface panels mainly use 2mm thick fluorocarbon baked paint exterior aluminum plates. Meanwhile, to provide a good living environment, we have used constant-temperature walls to ensure a suitable living temperature, so as to keep the house warm in winter and cool in summer.We also provide 6+12+6 Double-layer hollow tempered glass,all kinds of water distribution and electrical distribution facilities and so on.
Internal assembly
During the construction of Pengrui’s space capsule house, certain interior decorations were added, mainly including: skylight curtains, smart toilets, shower heads, cabinets, bathroom mirrors, bathroom cabinets, bathroom heaters (with five-in-one functions of heating, ventilation, heating, lighting and air exchange), blackout curtains, smart entrance doors and sliding doors for bathrooms, etc.
At the same time, there are also some optional configurations, including: an intelligent voice system, smart curtains (voice-driven electric curtains and gauze curtains), some appliances (washing machines, refrigerators, microwave ovens, ovens, dishwashers, etc.), beds, sofas, photovoltaic panels, projectors, wardrobes, and so on.
Delivery
Delivery location: Pengrui’s factory is located in Hebei, China, so our preferred port is Tianjin Port or Qingdao Port.
Delivery method: As the space capsule is mainly a modular house, when choosing the transportation method, we will have two options: whole-house transportation and modular transportation.
If you choose whole-house transportation, the advantage is that there is no need for self-assembly. You can move in immediately after the transportation arrives at the destination. The drawback is that the transportation cost will be relatively high.
If you choose modular transportation, the advantages are that it is relatively easy to transport and the price is lower. The drawback is that after receiving the goods, one needs to do some simple assembly by oneself. However, the assembly of the house is relatively simple. There are no technical requirements for the assemblers. A few people can complete the assembly of the house in just over ten minutes.
