Major structure

The space capsule hotel of Pengrui mainly adopts a thickened and earthquake-resistant double-layer steel structure system in the design process. The cabin panels use 2mm thick fluorocarbon baked paint outer aluminum plates, which have a very strong earthquake resistance grade. We also used a constant temperature wall on the outside of the cabin to ensure a suitable living temperature, making the house warm in winter and cool in summer. In addition, to ensure that the house receives more sunlight, we have installed a 6+12+6 double-layer insulating tempered glass curtain wall. The various water distribution and power distribution facilities inside the house are also very complete. From pvc water pipes, sockets to switches, all have been rationally designed.

Internal assembly

  • Interior top surface: Wood veneer panels are used;
  • Interior walls: Wood veneer panels and carbon crystal panels for the bathroom are used.
  • The floor inside the cabin is made of cement fiberboard and stone plastic flooring, while the bathroom is tiled.
  • Balcony flooring: Wood-plastic flooring is used.
  • Skylight: A 6+6+6 insulating tempered glass;
  • Toilet: It is a smart toilet installed.
  • Cabinets: The main equipment is the entrance cabinet.
  • Inside the bathroom: There is a bathroom mirror, a bathroom cabinet, and a bathroom heater (integrating heating, ventilation, heating, lighting, and air exchange functions).
  • Curtains: Blackout curtains are used.
  • Interior of the cabin: Mainly equipped with central air conditioning, instant water heaters, and intelligent control switches.

Delivery

Delivery location: Pengrui’s factory is located in Hebei, China, so our preferred port is Tianjin Port or Qingdao Port.
Delivery method: As the space capsule is mainly a modular house, when choosing the transportation method, we will have two options: whole-house transportation and modular transportation.

If you choose whole-house transportation, the advantage is that there is no need for self-assembly. You can move in immediately after the transportation arrives at the destination. The drawback is that the transportation cost will be relatively high.
If you choose modular transportation, the advantages are that it is relatively easy to transport and the price is lower. The drawback is that after receiving the goods, one needs to do some simple assembly by oneself. However, the assembly of the house is relatively simple. There are no technical requirements for the assemblers. A few people can complete the assembly of the house in just over ten minutes.
